Warranty Information

At Har-V, there is a 12 month Warranty on all watches.

What does this 12 month Warranty cover?

This 12 month warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

We will replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective due to improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

We will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or issue you with a brand new watch.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from us is 12 months from date of original purchase.

What does this Warranty not cover?

This Lifetime Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us at contact@har-v-store.com, describing the problem you are experiencing.

Our customer service team will respond to your email as soon as possible.

​

From there our customer service team will determine the best solution to get your watch repaired, or issue you with a new one as soon as possible.
